Founded in 2020, Pacific Kraken Enterprises LLC is the culmination of over 24 years of hands-on maritime experience, a deep-rooted passion for the industry, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), we specialize in ship towing, marine salvage, and marine construction consulting, ensuring that every project is executed with precision, safety, and efficiency.

A Lifelong Commitment to the Sea

Our founder, Jamie Hill, is a U.S. Navy veteran who has spent his career on the water, building expertise in towing, salvage, and marine construction. Starting in 2001, Jamie worked in the Navy, where he developed the foundation of his skills before transitioning into the tugboat industry and marine construction, working alongside family and longtime coworkers. Over the years, he has been involved in dead ship tows, towing fuel and cargo barges, dive operations, salvage, and heavy marine construction projects worldwide.

After working in complex and high-risk maritime environments, Jamie saw firsthand the need for better efficiency, coordination, and safety in towing and construction operations. With this vision, Pacific Kraken Enterprises was founded—to provide expert maritime consulting and operational support that simplifies processes, reduces risks, and ensures mission success.
